I am in New Braunfels.  I come across deals frequently. I am currently buying and holding as well as flipping.  I am closing on houses once a month but would like to step it up in 2017.  I have two under contract in San Antonio.  I am a little nervous about the big city but it is time to spread my wings.

Hi, I am here in New Braunfels as well. I love it. Mathew it is my understanding that you can not to HELOC on any house that is not your current residence in the State of Texas. Because you mentioned the house is in SC, I would call a local bank in Charleston. I own an investment property at Canyon Lake, Texas and it is paid in full. No bank will give me a HELOC, which really sucks because they are great. I am currently looking into institutions such as VISIOlending for a cash out refinance. The interest is high but it is the only that I have found to free up cash. I too and hoping for suggestions of a better way.

Hi Delia. Congrats on the new venture. I actually use interior designers on projects. You come with valuable knowledge. I started my real estate investing business 6 months ago and I love it, especially in the New Braunfels area.

Bill buck and son are great. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for. I also have an A/C guy if you need one. Congratulations on the duplex. I am jealous.

Hello fellow investors.  Is there anyone who could recommend a good roofing company in the New Braunfels area.  I really appreciate the help.

I highly recommend property professionals like Mathew suggested. I have used them for appraisals and consulting. My marketing has consisting of Facebook, Craigslist, post cards, LinkedIn, bird dogs and just making everyone aware of what I am doing (like we are doing now). I also joined the chamber. I have to say I am lucky because I grew up here and know a lot of people. I am always up for having coffee and swapping ideas.

I am finally joining Bigger Pockets and I know I have work to do on setting up my profile. I live in New Braunfels, Texas and I have one rental property and working on my first flip.  I am actively looking for residential investment properties and understand the importance of networking.  I will gladly offer up any help I can and I hope you all will do the same.
