Thanks for the positive words @George C. about the video! Do you have some examples of your videos? I've seen what Realtors are doing but I'm curious to see if Real Estate Investors are looking at video for their business in a different way.

Since I'm a total rookie in REI but have a background in video, I'm trying to think of ways to leverage that skill and to benefit my REI business.

Who is using video and how are you using it?

Here is a fresh style I like: Cool Real Estate Video

I've been hearing numbers such as $3000 to move a mobile home but would like to hear from investors that have actually done it. I have also heard about parks covering the moving cost to bring new home into the park.

My thoughts are that many MHs might need additional work to be road-worthy again and I imagine there are a bunch of hidden cost you will only find out once you try it.

Please shed some wisdom on this topic.

Hello BP friends! I'm Nick from Grand Rapids, MI. I'm 35 years old, married to my beautiful wife for 15 years and father to 3 great kids!

Currently I own and operate a video production business but have been turned on to the idea of Real Estate investing after learning a lot through the Rich Dad Poor Dad books.

I know I have a ton to learn but also know that I've been blessed with lots of knowledge from my other professional experiences.

My hope is that I can share what I know and learn from all you great BP members!

So thankful for this forum and I've only been here for 2 days. I'm an activator and often pull the trigger early. I sometimes make mistakes because of this nature but I always learn from those mistakes.

I was all fired up to start doing Lonnie-deals because I was reading out dated information. After finding and reading threads like this one, I'm taking a step back and re-evaluating the situation and looking at new-creative ideas.

Thanks BP memebers

@John Fedro wasn't the free webinar I just watched from your website, basically teaching a Lonnie-deal strategy?
