Has anyone heard of United Financial Freedom?  They indicate they have a software that analyzes your income and debt and then structures your debt payoff, utilizing your credit card and available cash...resulting in your paying off the debt years earlier.  I haven't been through the entire sales pitch yet but I am wondering if anyone has heard of it??    Is trustworthy, worth the cost, have any cheaper alternatives (I've heard they charge between $1,500 and 3k.).   Through National Life Insurance Group and for an additional fee they also introduce velocity banking as part of the debt elimination system.   To me, it sounds like a calculator or spreadsheet that could be helpful but I can't imagine paying that price.  Are there similar free or cheap alternatives?

Thank you. I sent the article.

Asking for a friend. She has a residential brownstone in NYC (4 family) that needs renovations. They need 1M in financing. After renovated value approx 1.9 M. She would like to transfer the property into the LLC name. Can anyone suggest a lender who can give her options.

Also interested in Shenandoah for STR. Would love to hear feedback from anyone successful in that market.

This is all really really great information. But ugh... Now I'm left wondering if I should participate at all.

Quote from @Ned Carey:

@Nicole H. I never heard of them. Personally I am very skeptical of most tax sale training and especially of offers for access to off market liens or software. I have heard a lot of crap spewed by Gurus,  and no one is going to sell a lien that is worthwhile for anything less than a premium. There are a lot of scammers in this space.

That said their monthly membership is cheap and the training is cheap. It is worth a shot to see it it has value. But be vary wary of an upsell.

If you are not willing to  risk throwing away $49 for training then you shouldn't be investing in tax liens, which is itself risky.

Yeah it's just the upsell I am questioning.

Thanks! I live in NYC and but was particularly interested in the concept of buying OTC because there is no bidding. I've heard some day that OTC is mostly junk but I'm not sure where to begin even looking to try making the determination for myself.

Has anyone heard of them or used them for coaching?  I would like to find a mentor but haven't been able to.  They offer coaching on purchasing OTC deeds (as well as tax lien auctions and tax deed auctions) in several states..

Did anyone find out more information on taxsalesupport.com or try their coaching program??
