I'm just wondering what people have to say about doing flips on Long Island with housing prices and taxes so high here? Is it something a beginner can do successfully here without already having a million dollars to start?

yes I agree with you I have come to that conclusion since reading comments on this site, I was just curious if their was a software that helps with finding the properties. I have not seen any mention of such a program on here. Thanks for your time

I am new in this business and wanted to know if there is a software that finds houses to flip for you? The flipping formula people were trying to sell me into their inner circle and speak of this software if you pay this large fee to join 15-25k that it comes with it and gets you started right away.
