I have 5,000 to invest and lost my job from Corona. I want to get into real estate investing. Where is cheap and hot to invest....My score 600....What should I do?

My boyfriend has 740 score and job.. Together 10k down.

Please make suggestions of what I can do alone and what we can do together.
