the area along NE Inner has been growing well and they are expanding the roads there as well. also easy access to I-35 and 130. I have bought a couple of properties in that area and have not had any issues leasing it out. appreciation has been good so far

In what is sure to be seen as the final sign of the official joining of Texas and California, Elon Musk has announced his proposal for a hyperloop that will run from Los Angeles to Austin—and be just 75 minutes one way.

“This is it,” Musk said via Twitter late Thursday night. “Austin has a wealth of transplants from California and it makes sense to use the latest tech to create a portal between these two cities.”

that's going to be one of the largest communities in Austin with price from $400k to well over a million. When they are done it will be several thousand home. Just in 2021 they had 687 housing starts and 480 closings. They have great amenities and well rated schools

I have have heard of a few builders adding material escalation clauses as of last year on BTOs. Builders are saying take it or leave as they know they can sell it for more in a day here in Austin. Clients for the most part are taking it since the prices is hiked up by 25-50k while the house has appreciated 50-100k. I don't see this with new construction inventory homes

I fell GTN is better than Hutto especially the areas that Bryan mentioned but a lot of my investors are going to Hutto due to the price points.
