I just got my realtors license. And I’m purchasing my 1st house as my own buyers agent.

I’ve managed to get the sales contract done and the seller accepted.

I’ve scheduled the home inspection already.

And now what? I know I need the seller agent to send me the HOA docs for me to review. Shall I just ask her to send the bylaws and HOA rules or shall I ask her to order the resale package to send me? What is the right term to use here?

After that I guess I only need to give everything to the title company and they will get all the rest done. Correct?

Pls help. Just want to make sure I don’t miss any major steps as my own agents, which is not an experienced one yet obviously.
