My job is transferring me from Corpus Christi to the Beaumont area. Do any BP landlords have a vacancy they would like to fill in Beaumont, Port Neches, Grove, or Nederland?

My backstory is I am a project manager for an engineering company, l saving to acquire my first rental property, hopefully a duplex. I am in the middle of an MBA right now, but once that is done I plan to become more serious in my investing and acquire my first property. If you are looking to sell a property in the next two years I might be interested.
