Hey everyone,
I'm new to BP but have been reading forums for a few months now and everyone is very insightful. I'm looking to start purchasing turnkey SFH/Duplexes with the initial goal of having 15 properties in 7 years bringing in passive income. I had a question thought as I am crating my plan and setting up my team. I read that Fannie/Freddie only allow financing for your first 10 properties but what are your financing options after that if any? Thanks for the help! I plan to start this summer and will keep everyone updated on my progress. Thanks
