Hey Nicholas, thanks for being willing to help people out! Tax stuff is not for the faint of heart. My question is, what are the top 3-5 things to consider in regards to the recent tax changes that will affect real estate investors and the things they should be watching out for? I live in Texas and filed an extension to buy some time, but I made a lot of purchases in 2018 as well as had a lot of construction costs, so I want to make sure i'm able to minimize my tax burden considering the new tax law changes. I guess another way of putting it would be, what are the most important things to make sure my CPA takes advantage of when doing my taxes for 2018? Thanks for your help!
