Appears some areas still offer rehabbing as a viable business model but for the most part, buy-and-holds more popular especially with depressed home prices elevating investor returns when compared to CD's, stocks, bonds, etc.

Post: Best Cell Phone for RE Investors?

Well after months of agonizing, I finally picked up the T-Mobile G2 android based phone.

I could not be more thrilled! I was the biggest BlackBerry advocate of all time, but after an hour with this phone you cannot compare the two. Anything you can think of you can do with an Android phone. It is a completely new and refreshing cell phone experience on all accounts.

The G2 does have a slide out keyboard which is helpful but it does take some getting used to.

Overall I would highly recommend it to the BP community!

I use this phone as well and I love it. They also just sent out an update to call over wifi now. The only bad thing is that I still get a lot of dropped calls. I'm getting a new sim card and hopefully that will fix it. The keyboard does take some getting used after using a blackberry for 5 years.

What kind of battery life do you get with this phone - does it last for the course of your business day?

I'd guess 95%+ of folks who call themselves a 'wholesaler' never conduct a single transaction, ever ... In addition, I think many gurus cashed in the the 'wholesale' teaching market rendering many folks even poorer than when they started.
