see if the city or state will lend for reno or give grants. some areas will do that because they don't want blighted properties in the area. or what about 203k loans

Good morning, my question is should I purchase a vehicle under my LLC or my personal name. which will serve me better come tax time. I also purchased a 3 unit property and took one for myself, but I still have an apartment in the Bronx, can I use both for an office or can I use atleast the 1 unit for a full office? I am currently looking for a good accountant also so if someone can make a recommendation please feel free.
