are you willing to do a deal in NY? I'm looking to build relationships with lenders outside of  my area as well.

do you lend for buy and holds as well?

How much are the taxes?

Hell Aaron, I have been trying to get investors to work with me the same way you are working, I just have never met anyone interested in investing in buy and holds. How do you go about presenting and convincing the right people of a sound deal. Also how often do you get rebuttles to 5.5-9%I initially assumed that no one would accept those terms. How do you determine who gets the higher and who gets the lower amount? How long are the loans good for?
