Hi BP family! One of my tenets is moving out August 1st. Once I go in and paint and fix what ever needs to be fixed i will be putting it on the market. Problem is, I don't have a credit screening company to check credit and background on potential tenets. The one I was using is out of business. Any recommendations who I should or could use for this process?

 Steve, I did the house hack method. Two years ago, I purchased a 3 unit building. Now, i'my trying to see what's the next best move? Here it is I have good credit and don't know what to do with it. Or shall I say what my next move should be.
