I have read almost every article on BP and feel like I’m starting to get it.Over and over I have read that I should seek a mentor or join a local group to network.I looked into several in the Tacoma and Seattle area.Is it common to have to join and pay a membership fee for these meetings?I am happy to do so, but am weary of signing up for a guru workshop.Has anyone felt this say way?Are there any suggestions for a quality group to join?

Hello, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Olivia, and I’m from the greater Seattle area. For the past several years I worked for a local government as a land use planner.I’m excited to transition into this side of the land use industry. I have looked around the Bigger Pockets website and learned so much.I look forward to talking with everyone and leaning from you.
