I am completely new to REI and to Bigger Pockets in general. I am 27 years old living in Smyrna Delaware. I m very busy working a full time job, taking care of my family, and working as a real estate agent. I do all this becasue I have a goal to build wealth so my childrens childrens do not have to stress about money. I want to build passive income for myself and my family. I say all this because I'm excited to say that I am starting to take my first step towards my goal with anaylzing deals for my first rental property.......... Just wanted to say Hi! Hello BP! I am a REI just starting out and looking for a list of great general contractors in the Delaware area. General contractors who you would recommend doing every aspect of the rehab process. My goal is to build a great relationship with people who are involved in the Real Estate process. Networking is Key!

I am about to try and get funding for a potential project but I will start the process to get a new house for me and my family. I would love to do house hacking but I am at the point in my life where I have children and a wife and I that option won't fly with them lol. Any suggestions?
