Looking for reliable contractors to establish long-term relationships 

Can anyone recommend at least 3 contractors in the Tampa Bay area. I'm ready to begin scaling my business and I need a reliable, trustworthy team. I  appreciate any and all recommendations/referrals.

Would it be a good idea to get a bridge loan to purchase property to fix and flip.  I've heard of a bridge loan but never thought to get one until someone mentioned it to me as a way to purchase, flip and sell.  I appreciate all information provided.

Can anyone recommend a reputable HML for cash out refinance for rental property in Tampa, FL. Preferably a one stop shop company as I want to use money to purchase more rental properties.

Currently I reside and work in NY but I'm building my buy & hold real estate portfolio in Tampa, Fl. I own a duplex but my preference for four rental properties are quads. My goal is to purchase 4 quads in the next 12 months.
