I have a property manager managing a couple of my properties. There is a need to evict a tenant who has been oweing various amounts of money since they moved in in Dec 2017. Property manager has finally gotten a judgement (I found out from the court), however throughout the process (since Jan) communication has been very poor, infact non-existent with the PM. It has taken over 2 months from when I was told they initiated the eviction process, any suggestions on how I can close out this issue with the PM and tenant would be appreciated. Am I able to step in, have a different PM or do they need to finish the legal eviction process they started?

thanks

Hello,

I'm new to bigger pockets. Infact I joined after I started listening to the audio book 'Rental Property Investing'. I'm relatively new to real estate investing so looking to learn and share with others in this forum.
