No I havent sent properties just yet. I am waiting on a pre-mls package from one of my source to evaluate first. I am hoping to get it in the next few day. These homes are supposed to be in good areas to either resale or buy and hold. They are from a major bank holding the assets. The other alternative is to "rough it out" on mls listing with bid wars in which I tend to avoid. I objective is to send you clean deals here in AZ that have not been looked at. Priority with be given to the investor who is ready to buy now and not waiting on the sidelines. Hope that helps.
