I haven't gotten crazy responses from letters, but defiantly from my bandit signs.

This one guy calls all the time, screaming at the top of his lungs that I am dirtying the city, I am breaking the law, and a whole bunch of other stuff. And every time he always says "I'll give you two days to remove your signs, and then I'll remove them and throw them away".... The signs are always still there.

Some people just need to feel important.

If he only knew that I am truly helping the city by selling ugly properties and improving neighborhoods. Oh well.

You cannot win them all, so consider it tuition to the college of short sales and do your best to learn from your mistakes.

Great way to put it Scott.

I think Will Bernard said it recently, your number one priority should be to help the seller with their situation, and profit should come second. This will help with future referrals and word of mouth marketing.

Another thing I enjoyed about this success story was that you didn't get greedy on your first deal which in my opinion was a true result of you realizing you that needed to just pull the trigger.

You didn't wait around for that perfect deal.

Congrats again.

directly on their site you can on obtain phone number contact information. I have asked to agents that I know, and both said they would have to get back to me as to whether they will be able to provide me an email list.

I am looking to obtain the email contact information for RE agents primarily in my area (Ventura County, CA) but also other areas in CA.

When I searched google for a provider, I got so overwhelmed.

Can someone recommend a good provider? One that provides quality and accurate lists?

Funny story with Chase. I was on the phone with a processor cause I could not get through to negotiator.

She says "let me read the file and see if I can get you status".

Well she starts reading in a fast pace way kind of how people skim through stuff, but she's reading aloud. She keeps going and I'm listening. She gets to the BPO and was reading so fast she read the BPO price to me.

I said "So, the BPO came in at $217K"

She goes "Uhhhhhhh....."

I said thanks for the status.

I just got a good chuckle out of that one...
