@Ricardo A Perez Ive been in this market for the last 3 years and I've been primarily whole selling. Im also buying a property to flip that should close by the 1st. I also do property management, the best advice I can give you is to get familiar with the mass courts website. On there you can easily check for evictions and pending court cases on potential tenants.
