I think is what you need is some knowledge putting a deal together - what can a lawyer do for you?
- Charge you for a long contract of sale with contingencies in it
- Confuse the deal
- You may want to consult with someone smarter than a lawyer - like an experienced investor
- If lawyers were so smart, they'd be investors!
