You don't need a lawyer - find a land lording service to do that for you - better yet - let your friend get the experience of doing it himself.

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish - be glad to work with you - I have been investing and doing transaction - auctioning for 48 years  -

What are they offering you that you can't get for yourself FREE?

I think is what you need is some knowledge putting a deal together - what can a lawyer do for you? 

• Charge you for a long contract of sale with contingencies in it
• Confuse the deal
• You may want to consult with someone smarter than a lawyer - like an experienced investor
• If lawyers were so smart, they'd be investors!

What do you need an attorney to do for you? Most investors are more aware than lawyers when it comes to investing - all they do is go to their boiler plate clause book.
