I will go over some options with my partner in the next days to show you some options available in the area for flipping.

I have been in the area for a few years and fort lauderdale is expanding, bad areas are improving and there is a market for investors to flip and sell or rent. I am sirprised with the area close to las olas and downtown, places like middle river, wilton manors and victoria park are attracting investors looking for hous@ s to flip as the are is growing.

I am a new licenaed agent but my partner has been flipping for years so we have real experiencia to share.

Dan Benning, he has been an investor flipping homes for 20 years and now as agent, he is a great negotiator. Last client I sent to him, offer much less than property value and was accepted he was so happy he could not believe. He know the area and the best deals too.
