Hello BP

I had question regarding tenant placing services/ property management. Does anyone have any experience with a tenant placing service/ property management company that only places the tenants? I want to personally manage the tenant but don't want to deal with showings, background and checks, ETC. I am currently working on a property in Petersburg, VA and everyone goes well, we will close soon. Let me know what you think. Thanks

@Daniel Alvarez

Hey Daniel I am still working on buying properties in Petersburg. I have a realtor and lender. I also have a rockstar investor @Linda S. Who is helping a lot with her knowledge. I am actively making offers and working at it. A lot of potential in Petersburg.

@Linda S.

Thank you for the response. Very valid points. I have seen some big changes in Richmond which may have a trickle down effect to the surrounding areas.

@Brent Coombs

Hey Brent ,

Yes I like the BRRR strategy and have plenty of good information to validate it. my significant other had a great experience with on a vacation rental and Has a very strong belief in it. I am looking at domestic to start and maybe international later.

I am not opposed to pre owned . I have been researching my area and looking at the analysis. I am at the point where I am trying to sell my significant other on real estate in general.

@Jacob Sampson

Yes this is what I am referring to that. I am weight my options of using equity in my current home or just saving for the down payment whatever it maybe.
