@Karin Crompton , I also use another website (cthomesandproperties.com), where I have access to their Market Insider. It is updated monthly and will give useful local data on any CT zip code. Feel free to check it out.

@Shankar Balakrishnan, welcome to the community. Karin gave some great advice. Another helpful website is www.city-data.com, which provides free statistics you may find useful. Some realtors provide access to monthly market analysis for CT towns via their websites. I use one of those myself, and it is very helpful.
