As a beginner in the multi-family housing market, it can be challenging to obtain loans from traditional lenders, as they often prefer to work with experienced investors. However, there are still options available for beginners looking to expand into the multi-family housing market. Feel free to message me I can refer you to a great lender.

Yes, it is possible for a beginner investor to get a DSCR loan to purchase properties under an LLC. DSCR (debt service coverage ratio) loans are typically used for commercial properties and are based on the property's income-generating ability rather than the borrower's creditworthiness. Your only option may not be a conventional loan as you have other loan options available. if you nee help I can refer you to a company I know feel free to message me!

Starting with commercial real estate can be a great way to enter the real estate market, as it often offers higher returns and longer leases compared to residential properties.

It is important to thoroughly research and understand the commercial real estate market in your area before making a decision. It's also a good idea to consult with a real estate professional to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. If you need help I could refer you to a coach of mine. Feel free to connect or message me.

Investing in out-of-state properties can be a great way to expand your portfolio and potentially find better investment opportunities. However, it's important to be thorough and diligent in your research and due diligence, particularly when it comes to finding a reliable contractor to complete the necessary repairs and renovations.

When looking for a contractor, it's important to verify their credentials, including their licensing and insurance. You should also ask for references and check them thoroughly. A good contractor will have a strong reputation in the community, and references will be more than willing to speak about their experience working with the contractor.
