I'm actually a modular and manufactured home dealer.  Are you sure this is a mod? Mods have mod stamps, manufactured homes have data plates.  If you need any further help, let me know

Post: Why Correction Not Crash

Quote from @Chris Seveney:

I would argue we don’t have a housing shortage, we have an affordability shortage. There are shortages in select markets but with the increase in remote work this has opened up more opportunities for people but most will not move. Why have builders stopped building - because they don’t have buyers? If there was a shortage of something (like toilet paper 2 years ago)- wouldn’t you want to expedite more of it?

Reality is No one can predict whether we will have a crash as it will depend on not only our government but macro economics in a global economy.

What is not discussed is fed intervention, commercial real estate and liquidity. All of these can have major factor to real estate.

There is no right or wrong view to this discussion because it all depends on external forces

Yes indeed.  We will definitely  have a crash (commercial and residential) like never before.  Wall Street propped this baby up.  We have witnessed the most unhealthy "growth".

Yeah, while prices are inflated.  I've seen this show before.  This time will be much worse.

This is my wheelhouse.  I do modular, manufactured and stick built homes.  What is your level of experience?  I can share some advice with you if you wish.

Don't use your property as an ATM.  A common mistake aggressive make.  The market grew way too fast in a short time.  Now we see declining values.  I've seen this show before but this time will be much, much worse.
