Do you own rental property in Louisville?
Are you tired of running around collecting rent, showing properties, or screening tenants?
Did you go through an eviction and just don't feel like managing the properties yourself anymore?
Do you live Out of State and either you are struggling to manage the properties by yourself or having your property manager take proper care of your rentals?
Do you want to get into rental properties but don't feel comfortable being a landlord?
Do you want more free time to be with your family, to travel, to do other business, etc?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, then WE NEED TO TALK. I own and manage rental properties in Louisville and I do it the right way. I handle all service calls, tenant screening, rent collection, I manage contractors and handymen, handle evictions and deal with citations. You will receive your proceeds on a regular basis, with monthly statements of income and expenses. You won't have to worry about management anymore.

Unlike other big names, I will give you my personal attention and will treat your properties as if they were mine. Your property will be placed on a regular inspection schedule as a way to proactively take care of any maintenance issue. I charge competitive rates for my services with no hidden fees and I will not nickle and dime you.

My name is Pavel Reyes, I'm a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Kentucky, and you can call or text me anytime at 5022964839 or reply to this post. Call now and let's schedule a time to talk about getting rid of your land lording headache.

As log as the Grantee was able to access his property, he had to put up with the gates. The existing precedent in Kentucky indicates that the mere construction of gates by the servient estate does not violate the dominant estate owner's easement rights. I'm betting the same is true for the HVAC guy using the driveway, so long as it doesn't interfere with your right of passage.

It does not matter for him, because he already made up his mind and nothing is going to change his believe that a California Court ruling is applicable to Kentucky.

Maybe is because of my lack of English language skills, but that is the same thing I was trying to say.

Hi @Joshua Hardy. I'm not an attorney in Kentucky, but I once was one in my country. The text, as I can see, is saying that the Grantor allows exclusively you, your heirs or assigns, among other external persons, to use the easement. It does not really means that only you can use it excluding the property owner. It means that nobody else but you and your heirs can enter the property with a right to pass through, that's it. He is still the owner of the property and has the right to use the driveway if he wants.

Thanks all

Yes, it is reported. I have a loan with Prosper and it gets reported every month. At the beginning they were slow in doing so, but did it after all.

I did mine at Century 21 Real Estate School. They combine online and in-classroom classes that you can take at your own pace. I passed the exam at the first attempt.
