Is it possible to to transfer mortgage to someone else? I bought a house using FHA. Since I want to move to another state, I have a friend who want that property. if I agree to transfer my mortgage to him without changing anything (monthly payment and interest rate).

Thank you @Dawn Brenengen I ended up contacting my lender and they told me the same. They told me to send a copy of an occupancy waiver form to their email. If you happen to have one please send it to me. I tried to find it on google but all forms have titles of companies or state. Thank you.

I have a question, I bought a house in PA using an FHA loan in January 4th and in June 4th, it will be six months to be exact.

My question is I got a job in Arizona and it pays good. is it a violation to live there even if I will live all my stuff in the house and all my mail will be mailed there and go live with my friend for free and do the job. I won't rent. Kindly advise. thank you.
