I've been looking for multi-family properties in my area and South Florida has very little out on the market. Does anyone know of any multifamily properties with a good school system in South Florida? Thank you all!!

Hi- Is there a way of getting a second mortgage loan with out having to come up with 30% for down payment? Most likely I'll be going towards an FHA loan for my first home this summer but figuring out how to get my real estate investment rolling on my second property which would be my 1st investment property...
