you should advertise it as stocked with toilet paper and lysol! I rent primarily to contractors on 3-6 month jobs. So far I have no vacancies but I can definitely see it slowing as employers swap to essential personnel only crews but so far the blue collar workforce is going strong!

Where are you located? I rent weekly to traveling workers and get close to short term rates but they tend to stay for at least a few months at a time.

Hey welcome to BP! There's a ton of info here between the forum and podcasts. I'm also in Laplace. I rent mostly to plant workers that are visiting the area for turnarounds and construction projects.

@Steven DeHart I'd start off listening to the podcasts and gaining as much knowledge as possible. Find a realtor that preferably has some investment experience that you get along well with and keep an eye out on sites such as realtor, craigslist, etc. Set a goal and then connect the dots by taking action each day to reach them.
