@Brett Danehey what management company are you using? 

I just start investing in Wichita and I think is a great place to invest in and I been looking at Ks city, Kansas as well. You can find more deals when you get in town. 

I was in the process with one tenant and the inspector want me to have ground on all the outlet in the house and that sound ridiculous. 

Any one that have experience with Section 8 rental, getting house inspected and how to select a right tenant

i learn from the bigger pocket that single Family home is the way to go.

i bought this deal at a live auctions.

with my own money and a private lenders.

By doing a full renovation

it come out pretty awesome.

i learn a lot from doing most of the job by myself and hire contractor for the plumbing and electric.
