Don't believe the tenant.  They are probably full of lies.  So are the mold companies--they're just looking for an excuse to charge you out the wazoo.

Mike B, all of those people live in Madison.  It makes no sense, but everyone who gets a job in Huntsville and moves to town is given the same advice.  "You've GOT to live in Madison"

It's ok.  Try to rent to Arsenal engineers who don't want the Madison traffic of gate 9(this place is close to gate 1)

I don't think I've driven that street, which is important because everything in that area is street by street.  Probably C unless there's some really shady houses nearby.

Area might be B in a couple years--just depends on how the area develops.

$1500 is on the tail end of rentals here in town, but there's lots of military folks and contractors who plan on leaving in a couple years and don't have any interested in buying.
