We wholesale in Chattanooga, and we can routinely deliver rentals that meet the 1% rule.  Our family of companies includes wholesale, construction, insurance, and property management.  We have set everything up to solve the biggest problems that out of state/city investors face when buying in Chattanooga.

Nobody in town gets things done like our group.

We wholesale in Chattanooga.  Buying wholesale takes a bit bigger stones than retail, but the pricing is almost always better.  Let me know if you land in Chatt or want to see deals from there.  My partner is a GC and can handle the work if you don't want to coordinate it yourself.
