@Edward Lavin You want to refi as much as you can and still be comfortable with the cash flow you are getting. The more money you take out the more you have to put into your next deal but the less cashflow you will have with the house you are doing the refi on.

@Benjamin Ulloa  if you have a turn key that cash flows sure I’m interested. I’m willing to do a flip, but I really want a brrrr property.

@Christina J. thank you for the advice. I have been using the keyword alerts. I learned real fast not to use broad terms like “invested” or “flips”. Too many results. I’ve narrow my search a lot. I do still need to get into the member search and find loca members.
