@Nicole Pettis - so glad you organized this! Sounds like it's going very well there.

Jacob - very nice job on the interior rehab! I think it will appeal to a wide audience. Can you share a link to the listing? I was searching for your property on Redfin and unable to locate based on your description, and in your listing range of $164,900. Just curious to see what your competition is.

From a buyer's perspective, I do have to agree with a few other comments about the lack of garage space (are 4 bedrooms in demand in this area?) Personally, I would prefer a protected parking area, even if it's a well-design carport. Also, the need for some additional curb appeal with some basic landscape plantings, and reconfiguring the driveway so that it's not running right into your new fourth bedroom. Seems awkward. Also, I think preliminary marketing by your agent is a real necessity and curious to know why she objected to this. Shouldn't that be part of any listing service? I'm not an expert, but I hope this feedback is helpful. I hope it is sold quickly!

@Dawn Anastasi - I do belong to a few of the local Meetups which are great for local networking. I'm thinking of a more collaborative approach to specific topics that might appeal to a broader audience, i.e., perhaps a roundtable for women investors ranging from the basics of getting started, to marketing and innovation, to partnering on deals in other cities. Sort of a live mentoring and idea sharing group with specific agendas to address. I'd love to have you and other BP Pros and Bloggers/Contributors on the call(s) to share your wisdom, and just get to work with others on a "virtual" live basis.

What are your thoughts?

I'm really interested in joining or forming a video roundtable / mastermind to get to know and brainstorm ideas face to face with other members on a variety of topics. Do you know if anyone has been successfully using Skype or Google Hangouts? I see a lot of interest from others, but haven't found a thread that's been updated since January, 2013 and not sure if Skype is still recommended over Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting, etc. Perhaps this is a question for the Tech Mastermind himself, Brandon Turner???

@Joshua Dorkin - Glad you posted this. I started a forum yesterday asking for accountant referrals, but my mentions for three members from whom I was hoping for a response would not highlight and link. Is there a way to fix this without reposting the entire (long winded) post?
