Congrats @Dawn Anastasi!  What a great success story!  Curious - had you used Prosper prior to this property?  How was the application process as compared to a true hard money crowd funding platform? i.e., loan purpose, underwriting, etc.?

This is a great idea.  I've been in the process of researching custodians myself, to make the decision between SDIRA or SD401(k).  In addition to vetting the custodians,  it would be nice to see a side-by-side comparison chart that shows what you can and cannot do within each type of account.  i.e., loans, leveraging real estate, self-employment income minimums and max contributions, UBIT triggers,  partnering funds, etc.

Wow!  Excellent job @Alex Applebee on a beautiful rehab - way to get out there and do it!  Congratulations! Don't stop . . .

@James Kandasamy hey James!  Sounds like an interesting project. Just out of curiosity, what is a CFO approval?
