You guys always do a great job. I have noticed there are many turn key guys on BP. Maybe a podcast on some of the pros and cons would be nice.

Welcome to BP John,

I am starting to look at the Reno market as a place to buy and hold. It looks like prices are still pretty low but have really shot up this last year. Let me know if you flip any properties that could be good buy and hold opportunities.

Wow I had no idea Blackstone was over there as well. All I know when they start to sell I will be there to pick some of them up. They have manipulated the prices up when they buy in bulk and I am sure they will manipulate them down when they sell a few years from now!
