Looking to build a multifamily apartment portfolio in Tucson and Phoenix MSA

Hey Gonz,

We do property management but we are divesting our portfolio of properties. We still have some higher end properties (similar in price range to yours) that we manage but we did transfer some properties to Boardwalk Property Mgmt. I was very impressed as was our owner who selected Boardwalk as their new PM. We've been in PM for over 25 yrs but we are very small and transitioning out of it and into other venues.

Don't know if they will adapt to custom front yet. Good idea though!

I'm running a 15 day free trial of Buildium. It's $40/month for 1-40 units. Seems to get some of the best reviews.

I am conducting a 15 day trial of Buildium. I am taking over the family PM business. We have 18 single family units. I like Buildium's low price point of $40 for 1-40 units. I'll post a review when I'm done with the trial.

Other apps have a higher entry level it seems.

Arlan,

Mom has the brokers license (over 35 yrs experience) and I will have my TX real estate salesperson license by the end of this month.

Other than "don't do it!!!" would anyone care to share your best advise and perhaps top pet peeves about property managers you have worked with while managing your investment properties.

We are managing 18 properties for 10 different owners/investors.

Thanks!

Paul
