Hello,  I hope this ok to post in forums. I get confused on what you can post here vs in the marketplace? I am wondering if any other wholesalers and or buyers could give me a good title company in Denton County Texas that works well with assignment contracts.  Thank you for any help.  I think I have a good assignment contract but if anyone would like to share theirs that works with the title company that is suggested that would be very much appreciated.
