Hello Everyone, Looking at doing some bandit signs to get prospective buyers and sellers. Any suggestions as to what works best for some of you? My city does not allow them to be placed outside but thought would post on social media and probably newspaper. We are trying to get good leads for wholesaling buyers list and thought these might work? Thanks for thoughts.

David---I actually am about to start the process for my RE License.  I still have a full time job at a PD but can retire in about 4-5 yrs so wanted to get the real estate started so had that going strong when retired.  Really like the idea of flipping but dont have the capital.  Good advice.
