We are wholesalers and flippers in the Denton and Collin County areas. Hello, Not really sure what it is called but looking for a letter to send out to owners of houses that I believe might be interested in selling. I can figure out owners but not sure what form letter should use to send to gauge their interest in selling the property? I looked on forms but didnt see anything that fits. Thanks for any help.
