The NC coast is a great market. The only regulations are specific to individual HOAs but they are few and far between. These beach towns are historic vacation rental markets and rely heavily tourism. I’ve got a number of them here myself and would be happy to answer any questions.

I never said STR's were passive haha. Unfortunately I've had an issue with my Banner Elk complex and will not be present tonight but my good friend @Colin E O'Connell will be running the show tonight. I will see you all next month!
