Charlotte Investors -- I'd like to hear from you, what areas of town interest you in either landlording or flipping? I am currently looking in 7 or 8 area codes where I think there may be some real value for homes in the $100-$150K range, but would like to hear from you all where the demand is. Here are some of the major areas I'm looking in:

28212, 28214, 28216,28227, and 28269

I look forward to talking with you.

-Phil

Hi everyone - I'm looking for recommendations for a company or individual that can help build a website to which sellers and buyers would be directed. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your input Christine! Those sound like good tips to avoid problems on the front end. Do you typically rent tingle family homes?

Thanks for your input, guys. I will look into some of these options, although I would be more interested in a middle-income neighborhood where I would have less headaches.

Hello,

I am very new to real estate, but have been reading a few books, blogs, and listening to the BP podcasts over the past few months. I bought a home last summer, and am currently renting out a room to a friend. Recently, I've been thinking about purchasing an additional rental property, but do not really know where to start. Do most people use a realtor? What are people's experience in the Charlotte area?

Thanks!

Phil
