Hey everyone. Sorry I missed out...@Chris T. , thanks for getting this going! Hope everyone enjoyed the meeting and getting to talk to various people with common interest! 

We will try to get another one going early in November then take a break for the holidays if that's alright with everyone.

@Ed Kahle , I've run in to unmotivated sellers a few times. I don't wholesale, so it's not very often for me. I too was shocked at how unwilling they were to be reasonable on price. I currently have a home listed and we received a cash offer for $5,000 less than the offer price which is $5,000 more than I valued the property and the owner rejected it without even a counter-offer!!! BLEW MY MIND!!!!
