Post: Assumable FHA Loan Transaction

Hi all - I am currently in discussion with a seller of a 4-flat home in the Chicago area, which I am looking to buy. The seller currently has the property financed through an FHA Loan that is transferrable. I am hoping to get a hold of the loan documents and would love some legal assistance in comprehending the transferability and terms of the loan. If any one is familiar with and/or has experience dealing with such a situation, or may know someone who could help out, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to connect!
I look forward to any responses!

@Daniel Pugh Just use the BP calculator, they are great for a SF or duplex
I was trying to use the BP calculator at first, but I am realizing that I will need to get more granular for my debt structuring and amortization.

Quote from @Ryan Tuttle:
How granular are you trying to get?
BP has a few calculators, but if you're looking for full-blown excel models I can point you in another direction.

Looking to purchase my first property (2-unit duplex) and am struggling to find an adequate template for quick an easy underwriting assessments. If anyone has any resources that they have used previously and would be willing to share, I would be greatly appreciative!
