@William Johnny

Pay off the debt first!

You are young and have plenty of time and opportunities coming your way, just continueyour education.

I see some people posting on here with credit card debt wanting to invest, which doesn't make sense to me, the best investment for them is paying off their credit card debt and they instantly make 20+% from not paying the interest.

@Corbin Hibler

I used Hitch to broker a heloc on an investment property, it was all done online and took about 45 days to close, with a %14 rate.

Thank you!

Very much appreciated!

Hello, all!

I live in the Baltimore Maryland area, and I am currently looking for an agent that is use to working with investors.

If anyone in this area has any recommendations they could shoot my may, I would be very grateful!

@Jessica Carcamo I would suggest starting with one strategy first and go hard until you succeed, trying all those at once with no experience can be overwhelming.

@Jorge Vazquez

I would never pay someone to do something they were supposed to do in the first place.

I would hire an attorney and pursue that avenue, sue for losses if you wish.

School of hard knocks

@Ben Clark

If they are entered in a partnership with you, and their name is on the mortgage they would legally be responsible for the property along with you, until you later took them off once the deal is through.
