I'm at ground zero when It comes to real estate investing. I'm 23 and just trying to find a basis for where to start. The goals is to flip houses but also create a portfolio of rental properties. Also open to learning how to wholesale properties. All input is greatly appreciated! I need my first DEAL!

@EvanParker It actually had slot of great knowledge but like you said the stars didn't attend. There was someone there who represented them and they offered a 3day class for $2,000 If we signed up that night or $6,000 if we did it at a later date. In the end there was great info but I felt like they were pushing their agenda.....which I'm sure they were because people signing up for the class equals more money for them.

I just went to one of these last night in Kansas City, how ironic.
