@Jared Rogers I would like to thank you for that information. Will an attorney be able to close a deal that's in another county from the firm and would they check the title  and talk to the buyer and seller?

Hello, BP

I live in Greensboro but work in mooresville NC. I have not had a wholesale deal yet but looking to get into it soon. My question is would I need a real estate attorney and a title company to close a escroe or double escrow? I am really trying to educate myself before I get into it a bad deal.

I am new to this but is it one of those thing you just have to get your feet wet. I am trying to educate myself from many cites and people but it seems like you have to learn as you go. I have yet to go to a realtors investment group meeting.  Can someone offer insight on wholesale fails or things not todo.
