Arturo Valenzuela I am in NC Louis Davis I'm really not comfortable things staying in his name but I understand unless I take a loan out for the house my self. I'm feeling like I might just have to find a buyer for the house.

If I can't get the money fast enough I'll try to flip it and get him the most money possible.

Thank you Brett Goldsmith Louis Davis I went to visit the owner and the house today he is $4000 back on Mortgage payments he wants $4000 for selling the house and I would have to take over the Payments. He has been in the house for 14 years and he is unsure of the final number owed on the house. His motivation is saving his credit. The plan was to flip the house but after visiting with him I was thinking it would be a great starter house and at 475 it's a lot less then rent. The house is from habitat for humanity. And he is just looking to move it to my name. But he will call me with exact numbers I hope After doing some searching it should sell for about 114,000

Hey I know that your in real estate and know about wholesale deals. I have recently met a guy thats house is going into foreclosure and he owes 4K in back payment and wants to see it for about $10,000 just to get out of it and to move. It's worth about 120,000 any suggestions?
